We are a knowledge hub focusing on retailing and contemporary consumer issues
Retailing is a wide area of research, which broadly includes the whole supply chain. Consumerism refers to all interactions a consumer has with brands and products. Our researchers focus on both angles. Together with our industry partners, we design and perform cutting-edge research studies, arrange workshops involving participants from academia, retailers, manufacturers, and policy-making bodies. We also take an active part in shaping and delivering the brand new MSc in Strategic Retailing at the University of Bath, School of Management.
